From The Chronicle Review comes a most lovely definition of procrastination. “If there is one conclusion to be drawn from the life of Leonardo, it is that procrastination reveals the things at which we are most gifted — the things we truly want to do. Procrastination is a calling away from something that we do against our desires toward something that we do for pleasure, in that joyful state of self-forgetful inspiration that we call genius.”

Best. Baking. Invention. Ever!

I love to bake but some pans make life difficult. The worst pan I’ve found is a Bundt pan. The cakes look wonderful when they release, but all too often they don’t and you try to get the cake out and you fail and it falls apart and all the hard work was for naught. Well, Pam has solved the problem with Pam Baking. An awesome product. Cakes just release. Bundt cakes come out beautifully. How does it manage that? Simple. Pam put flour in the spray. Simply genius! It’ll be in my pantry from here on in.

The Ottawa Citizen has had the Sunday (here Saturday) colour Dilbert for a long while but not the weekday version. Now we’ll get them all. Finally! I must commend the Ottawa Citizen on their ad, though.
